She is the owner of Concept Through Completion consulting and the founder of Quatro Consulting , a boutique executive advisory firm where is the COO. She has held executive-level roles at WW International, MediaMath, and Ralph Lauren. Carol specializes in program delivery, operating model design, and execution oversight. Her experience includes leading a $22M M&A diligence effort, integrating a $15M third-party data platform, and building enterprise governance frameworks overseeing 20+ concurrent initiatives. She thrives on complexity and excels at uniting teams to achieve ambitious goals. She holds a BA in Marketing from Stockton University.
